Job description
As a foreman, you are a true operational cooperative colleague who performs all common construction and assembly work. Indeed, for a large international client we are looking for a foreman in insulation / tracing. In the role of foreman, you will oversee safety, quality, environment and progress of the work performed. You will supervise the mechanics and report personally to the superintendent.
Furthermore, as an insulation foreman, you ensure that materials are available on time and that they, as well as the staff, are deployed in the most optimal way. You adhere to the project schedule in combination with set goals such as time and costs. You know in time to trace more and less work and perform checks, tests and inspections on work carried out and at the end of the whole process you perform the final checks.
Job requirements
- You have a mbo working and thinking level with at least 4 years of work experience
- Flexible, energetic, stress-resistant, decisive and solution-oriented
- You always know how to create a safe working environment
- You can work independently, but also definitely in a team you always know how to motivate your colleagues
