As a Welder, you are a professional who performs welding work independently with an eye for detail and quality. You can read technical drawings and perform various welding tasks in accordance with safety, environmental and quality standards. You will work in a dynamic environment with plenty of room to develop yourself. You will be working at our clients in the Limburg region mainly in the Chemelot industrial area.
What will you do:
- On own and client sites, you are engaged in certified welding;
- Welding of carbon steel TIG (+ electrodes) and stainless steel TIG;
- You will perform welding work on carbon steel or CrNi construction and piping;
- At our client sites, you will be active in welding in most common positions and with most common welds;
- You have experience in pipeline welding.
What do you bring
- A completed MBO training level 2, preferably in metalworking or mechanical engineering;
- Minimum 3 years experience as a welder preferably within the (petro)chemical industry;
- A flexible attitude towards performing tasks, times and locations and you will participate in on-call shifts.
- You are willing to undergo additional training;
- You have a reasonable command of the Dutch language in word & writing;
- You hold a valid basic VCA certificate;
- You hold a driving license and own transportation;
- You are physically healthy i.e. climbing, scrambling and crawling and you are not afraid of heights.
