We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to be responsible for the daily management of our 4000 sq. ft. warehouse. In this role, you will ensure an efficient and safe working environment, manage the warehouse team and work closely with other departments within the company.
What will you do
- Management of all warehouse operations, processes and workflows
- Recruit and manage the warehouse team for smooth operation from day one
- Manage and maintain warehouse documentation and inventory
- Ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Encourage and maintain health and safety (HSE) standards within the warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization
What do you bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse procedures and processes
- Skill with warehouse management systems
- A strong sense of responsibility for the site and team
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2/C1)
- Willingness to travel for training in Poland
- Education level: VMBO/MAVO or higher
