For a location in Weert we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator. In this role, you will be the lynchpin and driving force behind maintaining proper inventory levels in the various systems through input and output, inventory controls and process support to the warehouse team.
What will you do
- Manage and execute (client) calls, with a focus on FIFO classification
- Continually monitor and adjust systems as needed
- Regularly perform checks for accuracy of inventory and transactions
- Monitor calls made and ensure correct processing of deliveries in the systems
- In cooperation with the Teamleader and inventory manager, ensure correct registration and administration of inventory and incoming and outgoing products
- Report on inventory status, deviations and details to the Teamleader
- Document existing WMS processes and archive relevant documents (CMRs, call-offs, etc.).
What do you bring
- At least two years of experience in a similar function
- Affinity with the logistics industry
- Experience with systems such as SAP Warehousing and Transporeon is a plus
- Knowledge of English and Dutch language in word and writing
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Accuracy in processing data
- Social and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance and the ability to maintain an overview in busy situations
- Willingness to work two shifts (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00) and occasionally on Saturdays
