We are looking for a motivated Internal Commercial Assistant (age 20-35) to join our team. In this function, you will be responsible for both administrative support to the commercial department and managing our marketing activities, with a strong focus on social media.
What will you do
- Administrative and other support to the commercial department, including checking, recording and informing (internal and external)
- Accurate handling of pricing information and rush orders
- Managing marketing activities with an emphasis on social media, including collecting, processing and communicating market and business data
- Increase brand awareness to support sales activities
- Prioritize and prioritize own time based on deadlines and administrative procedures
- Participation in marketing projects and investigations with freedom in the allocation of time, under the supervision of the supervisor
What do you bring
- MBO-3/HAVO level, supplemented by relevant courses or training (course load 1 to 1½ years)
- Experience with social media and marketing
- Strong administrative skills and accuracy
- Able to act quickly and efficiently under time pressure
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Flexibility to switch between commercial and administrative descriptions
