You as a superintendent are someone who organizes, leads, coordinates work of a project and ensures a complete delivery of the insulation work or scaffolding construction performed. For an international client, we are looking for a superintendent.
You are a true leader who keeps his foremen and mechanics focused to achieve the best possible results. You coordinate work with the client and (sub)contractors. As a superintendent, you divide the work and give instructions while not losing sight of the progress of the work. You will organize and lead toolbox meetings with staff and conduct site inspections. Finally, as a superintendent, you take care of the delivery of the project within set frameworks (safety, quality, environment, time and costs) and you are also responsible for the implementation of these frameworks.
Job requirements
- MBO working and thinking level with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- You are driven, flexible, energetic, stress-resistant decisive and solution-oriented
- You always know how to create a safe working environment
- You can work independently, but also definitely in a team you always know how to motivate your colleagues
