What you will do
- Create and process new orders and transportation orders, both by phone and in writing.
- Review and manage orders and trip data for accuracy and completeness.
- Processing wait times and cancellations, including calculating and verifying additional costs.
- Administrative support around transportation planning.
- Collaborate with planning colleagues and answer client questions.
What do you bring
- Experience with administrative processes, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Good computer skills (TMS and MS Office) and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented.
- An eye for detail and a structured way of working.
